A glass of Roebuck Classic Cuvée

Smoked trout rillette tartlet and a selection of mini pastries

Breakfast Over Flames | 10:30 – 11:30

Charred Imma Bakery sourdough with smoked streaky bacon, fried local egg and artisan sausage, served with a selection of house sauces

Pavilion granola with yoghurt, seasonal berries and fruit

Lunch | 13:30 – 15:00

Starter

Pan con tomate – homegrown heritage tomatoes, Imma Bakery sourdough, Spenwood cheese, basil and pea shoots

Optional: Bray cured coppa

Main

Big Green Egg rotisserie chicken or monkfish with harissa, yoghurt, roasted Mediterranean vegetables, cous cous salad, sesame dressing and flatbread

Side orders available, including Pierre Koffmann’s fries

Upgrade

Ox Grill Cornish lobster with sauce vierge, local asparagus, herb salad and crispy capers (+£30)

Selection of local cheeses with chutney and crackers (+£10)

Strawberries & cream – vanilla panna cotta, local strawberries and honeycomb

-    Selection of drinks matched to each course and carefully selected drinks available throughout the day.

The Roebuck English Sparkling Experience - £150pp
-        A complete tour of the Roebuck Selection throughout the day, a day of fizz not to be missed.

The Hawkstone Experience - £85pp
-        Selection of all the Hawkstone range from lager, stout, ipa, cider and more matched with each course and a selection to enjoy throughout the day.


The All-in-One Experience - £200pp
-       This is where we combined all the above from wine to fizz, a cocktail or two and some lovely beers.

Thameside Social will close Hospitality at 6pm and we kindly ask that all parties are left the dining area by 6.15pm.
The Hawkstone Enclosure will be open if you wish to continue your evening.
